“Good stay for family attending graduation”

“We came for a graduation and had a barbecue here where we stayed. Nice place and enjoyed the big jacuzzi and nice sized yard”

“The property is in a great location in downtown Sioux Falls. Essentially feels like a hotel room since it’s a studio apartment with a small, attached bathroom. Little kitchenette is nice for storing leftovers. Host was easy to message with and check in process was easy. Building is quiet and clean. It was nice to have a dedicated parking spot”

“Loved the property. Very nice way to relax after a day of driving. Geese & ducks are hatching their young on the river. Was cool to listen to them speak to each other. Unusual layout, but it works!! Beds were comfortable, furnace heating was amazing. The house behind the property made us uneasy, but we kept to ourselves. I think you should own more properties for rental if you can. God Bless. “Our first impression left us thinking this is a tiny, cute house, but inside it is so spacious and beautifully decorated. Very clean, comfortable beds, an especially well-appointed kitchen. Perfect for a longer stay. All one needs to bring is food and of course, personal items. Really appreciated the range of television watching options. Next time in Sioux Falls area will stay again!!”

“We were here for the Sioux Falls Showdown at WH Lyons center. Place was close and we were able to have a warm cozy place to come home to and shower/sleep! Very nice and had everything one would need!”

“Sherri was very wonderful and the stay was great. We had a family baptism and a few family members came over for breakfast. The kitchen has all the essentials and more and everything is well prepared for a stay. The patio’s are lovely and the hot tub is private with beautiful lights. We felt right at home and enjoyed the open floor plan. Plenty of natural light and the decor and fixtures are lovely. Highly recommend!”

“This experience was excellent! We traveled to Souix Falls to attend the 2024 Pheasant Fest Convention. We needed a pet friendly house. This was definitely it! Great location with a fenced in yard that backs up to a large park. Nice quiet location. Very comfortably house. So much better than staying in a hotel with our dogs:)”

So obviously we liked it so much that we were anxious to return when we travelled back to Sioux Falls again. There is not much we can add to our previous review.
