“There was an issue with air conditioner (We had to spaces. One was freezing, the other not so much.) when we called the front desk, she explained the issue and how we could resolve it in minutes. Very helpful, and kind! We mentioned having a child who doesn't do well on stairs, and it was automatically moved to a spot without stairs! So simple and easy! Clean space, etc. I was under the impression it would be 1 suite with 2 bedrooms, it was in fact, two separate spaces, I guess 1 suite, but……

“The property was very clean . Checking in and out was simple and easy. It’s an older property but again very well taken care of. We didn’t use the outside pool, or fitness center. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The price was very reasonable for the time we stayed there. What was really nice was that it’s so close the the main strip.”

“Very friendly staff and easy to find.I request a handicap accessible and didn’t have a toilet bar and was unable to climb over tub. The furniture needs to be replaced little support and sinks down to the floor. Had a very difficult time getting up from the sofa and chair.”

“We had a nice stay. It was more affordable to rent this apartment than a hotel room. There were two bedrooms and two bathrooms, kitchen, living room and an outside patio. Everything was clean and cozy. It was only a few minutes away from Branson Landing. The property management was attentive and responsive.”
