“This was our second stay and this is a great property for a small family. Love that its ground level and everything was as described in the listing. We were able to prepare meals in the kitchen and the location is perfectly settled within walking distance of the beach and some shops but off the main busy road. You are able to hear the guest above this unit but it was not bad, if there is a large family or group above I can see how people would find it disturbing.”

“This property was not bad, just outdated. There was an odor that smelled like an old house. Once we got some plug in air fresheners and spray that was better. Everything appeared to be clean though. Location and beach access was great. Sliding door to balcony was rigged with a screw preventing it from opening so access to balcony was only available through the master bedroom. Washing machine sounded like it was on its last leg but got clothes clean nonetheless.”

“The property was just as described & pictured. For the price paid, it was perfect for us; we would book again in the future. The property has easy access to the beach by walking through the property (with restrooms and a seasonal snack bar) and an entry point (Rosemary Dunes) to the hiking & biking trails of Gulf State Park located across the four lane highway.”

“One of the cleanest rentals we’ve ever stayed at! Loved all of it. We were at the pool and the beach constantly due to it being walking distance. The host always responded to texts quickly! There is a Keurig, bring K Cups. OR bring coffee, there is also a coffee pot with filters. Very important for sunrise coffees!”

“This Orange Beach, Alabama condo was a great choice. The best feature was the balcony and enjoying the beach views and the sounds of the ocean. The unit was supplied with everything we needed. The unit cleanliness was good except for I feel the floors could’ve been cleaner. The master bed and the queen size bed are a little on the softer side of comfort, and the twin size beds are a little firmer. We would stay at this condo again. It was a good fit for everyone in our party.”

“The room was as advertised. Our room was very clean, even smelling of cleaning agents when we entered. The property is very convenient to the beach and the pool was safe and clean. The lobby had a water leak in the ceiling, but staff had signs out for wet floor. The breakfast was basic, but it was convenient. We have stayed twice now.”
