Quiet location, close to Saint Tropez, its port, town centre and Provencal market (within walking distance of approx. 1.5 km). Bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort and beds are made on arrival. The house is air-conditioned.

Villa Gaïa, with swimming pool and petanque area, is situated in a quiet location on 1100 m² of land, a little way up on the outskirts of St-Tropez, with a magnificent view of the bay and its large boats.

The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- Large living room with sofa and TV
- Fully equipped kitchen with hob, Dolce Gusto and Nespresso coffee machine, oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc.
- Access to terrace for meals.
- Separate WC

Garden level:
- (accessed by descending an internal staircase)
- Bedroom 1 with queen-size bed and bathroom with shower and washbasin
- Bedroom 2 with queen-size bed and bathroom with bath and washbasin
- Bedroom 3 with double bed and bathroom with bath and washbasin
- Bedroom 4 with 2 single beds combined into a king-size bed, which can be separated on request
- Separate WC

Outside :
- The swimming pool is heated from early May to mid-October (variable depending on weather conditions) and can be closed with an electric roller shutter.
- The garden is enclosed.

The house is situated in a quiet area, an ideal location for enjoying the Tropezian evenings, the restaurants and cafés and the many shops. This small seaside town, which is very popular with tourists, is the place to be in France. Nice, Marseille and Toulon airports provide relatively easy access for foreign holidaymakers.

Activities :
- Access to the Bouillabaisse beach less than a km away and several beach restaurants (8-10 min walk).
- The magnificent Pampelonne beach is less than 5 km away.
- The typical Provencal villages of Gassin, Ramatuelle and Grimaud are well worth a visit.
- Grimaud, Sainte Maxime and Cavalaire all located by the sea.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park, which can accommodate up to 3 vehicles: 2 one behind the other on the garden side (outside, closed by electric gate) and 1 other in front of the house (free parking).
