“Stayed for three nights August 2026. First night, room smelled musty and damp but was cool and we were tired so we slept. Went out for the next day and left AC on. Got back early evening and found water on the floor under the unit and the room was extremely damp. Found that the condensation for the AC was not draining. Called desk, was told no maintenance available till next morning and they could not move us to another room. All of our clothing was damp and none of our towels that we used in……
