“Great place overall! Comfortable beds, great screened in porch/deck with view of backyard, and incredible view of the water. Having a covered area with seating for the grill area was also a major plus. The property is in a location where no boats seem to pass by, so it’s extremely quiet and allows you to enjoy the sounds of nature. Hosts were very accommodating with a welcome basket, and having all important items/information labeled in the house. We would absolutely return again! ”

“What an amazing stay! The house was super comfy and so cute. So quiet and peaceful. It was the perfect getaway from hustle and bustle. We swam in the lake both at the house and also at Gaston day area. Ate at Suka sushi and it was fantastic! The owner was extremely responsive and checked on us at arrival. The owner also recommended some antique store and I got some sweet finds. Definitely a stay again kind of place!”

“We loved this little getaway for the weekend! The hobbit house was very clean and nicely decorated. Great amenities and nice gift bag provided. The towels were soft and the beds were comfy. My kids had a lot of fun feeding the goats and taking a ride on the paddle boat. The host Dean was fantastic! I have never had a host so nice and accommodating. We plan to return to the Sasquatch Ranch! Definitely recommend. ”
