The Space:
Welcome to our Gatlinburg house! This two-story duplex unit, located in the heart of the art district, comfortably accommodates up to nine guests. It features three bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Enjoy the game room and the three decks. Parking includes two off-street spaces, with a third available for a fee, arranged with the Property Manager 24 hours in advance.

Guest Access:
You'll have private access to the entire house, including three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living area. Enjoy the patio or balcony with mountain views. Guests also have access to the indoor and communal swimming pools, gym, and game console. There is 2 free parking spaces on the premises.

For recreation, the Gatlinburg Community Center, offering swimming, is nearby. A convenient trolley stop just around the corner provides easy access to downtown Gatlinburg. Enjoy the proximity to natural wonders and adventures, including the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Ramsey Cascade Trail, and Anakeesta. Other attractions within a short distance include Ripley's Believe It or Not!, Aquarium of the Smokies, and Dollywood, promising memorable experiences for everyone. Getting Around:
Getting around is easy! A trolley to downtown Gatlinburg is conveniently located right next to the cabin, offering a quick and accessible way to explore the area. For those arriving by car, free parking is available on the premises. The cabin is also accessible by ATV, UTV, and motorcycle. Enjoy easy access to all the attractions Gatlinburg has to offer!

Important details for your stay: For your security and our home's safety, external security cameras are in place outside the unit. This property features a steep driveway; please exercise caution when entering or exiting, especially with large vehicles. Onsite parking is available for two vehicles per unit. If you need parking for an additional vehicle, please request advance approval from the owner. Should you encounter any issues with the unit or its cleanliness upon arrival, please notify the host immediately for prompt resolution. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. We provide essential supplies such as laundry pods, coffee, sugar, creamer, paper towels, dish soap, sponges, dishwasher pods, kitchen trash bags, and kitchen towels. Each bathroom includes towels, washcloths, bath mats, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, with additional toilet paper, hand soap, small trash bags, and hand towels in the half bathrooms. Amenities include a Keurig and drip coffee maker, washer and dryer, water filter with ice maker, kitchen disposal, ironing board, and iron. There are Smart TVs in each bedroom and the common area, and a deck with seating. Please note that quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Community Center is the pool location a few minutes away. Public swim time is subject to swim lessons and swim team schedules. The pool closes a half hour before the Community Center.
