The first floor master bedroom with king bed, has its own private master bath with a double vanity and a shower for two with a mountain view.

Downstairs offers another complete large living area with spacious screen-in porch for your enjoyment. The living area has a large sectional sofa with a full size sofa sleeper. This versatile second living area is completely furnished including flat screen TV and game table for working puzzles or playing games. The second bedroom with a king bed and full bathroom is located off the downstairs living room. For your convenience there is a full size laundry room.

The kitchen has everything you need including built in microwave over the range, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher and refrigerator with icemaker. The dining area seats 6 people. For grilling outside there is a weber grill.
