「Couldnt really see the scenery for all the growth」

「The place its self is beautiful. The location is amazing. What was frustrating is on expedia they dont tell you about the addition security deposit. They also did not give us the code information until we were 10 minutes out. That was frustrating because we through it might have been a scam. Also there were packages left outside. We were asked to bring them in. Thats fine we did no problem but there was no where to put then that was not in our way.」

「Property was misrepresented do not go by the pictures only a couple were of the actual condo. My master bedroom at home is bigger than this entire condo. Took 2 hours of phone calls to several different numbers to get the real code to get in. Gave me several wrong codes not fun to deal with after a 9 hour drive at midnight. Don’t turn the jets on the hot tub unless you want a migraine from the screeching sound of the pumps getting ready to implode. Plenty of better places to stay in the area. ...

「The condo was nice, with only minor, cosmetic issues, and the view was beautiful. The roads were steep with a couple of sharp turns more easily navigated by smaller vehicles.」

「Clean room, great amd friendly staff amd location is perfect for walking the Gatlinburg strip. There are 2 things i didnt care for. I got a room with 2 "queen" size beds, they were definitely NOT queen size beds. They were a full size bed which matters a lot because i am 6ft5in tall. The second thing is the toilet was so close to the bathroom door that i couldnt use the bathroom basically without my knees touching the door lol. It is a great place though.」

「Super nice to stay at, only minus one star because one of the 3 elevators was busted. Causing delays in the lobby and trying to get luggage up and down was chaos..」

「We decided to pay the $9.99 for the breakfast meal. It was the exact same type food that we are given free at other hotels, with a cheaper price. We should have looked at what was offered before we paid, but did not. That is our fault. This type breakfast should be complementary.」

「This was a last minute booking, however upon arrival I was quickly accommodated. The facility was clean and the bed was super comfortable. The bathroom was clean. They offer a free parking pass for the downtown area which saves on parking. We enjoyed our stay.」

「A little older lodge, but kept up. Prefect for getting there, parking and walking everywhere. No hot tub, but we had a river off the balcony "beautiful"....we stay again. 」
