I loved this lovely oasis in the craziness of busy Gatlinburg.. Staff was incredibly helpful.. Parking was a a huge +. the traffic was backed up most of the day so getting in and out presented some challenges, but the trolley stopped at the hotel and that was a game changer. Restaurant is delicious . the porch over the river.. was heaven

The only issue at all was that the AC in room 113 was quite loud. Staff was kind and attentive, the room was immaculately clean and the balcony was perfect. Great place to stay!

Great place and staff. Location is perfect to get to downtown. A/C units in the rooms could use to be updated, but still work well. Location is perfect with the river view on the balcony of each room. Really enjoyed our stay, highly reccomend.

Great hotel reception, very friendly and helpful. Easy check in and complementary breakfast vouchers. Balconies have good views of the river and we were able to see a bear from our balcony. My only issue was noise from the road at night. But fortunately we had a white noise machine that helped drown out the traffic.

No lobby. We couldn’t find staff. When we did we had to wait. The guy came out of the dark with an iPad. No I’d. I had to check in in the parking lot. Then no bathroom because there’s no lobby. The room was ok. Not 5 star Then the next day at 11am they called to make sure we were leaving. I would never stay there again.

Very quiet and relaxing, close enough to walk to everything around town or you could take the trolley if you wanted, adults only, so there were not any screaming children around. Balcony overlooking the river. Had a wonderful stay. If I come back again this is where I will stay.

Had an amazing stay. All the staff were kind and very attentive if we needed anything. The room was clean. The view was outstanding. We were able to easily walk to the busy downtown area of Gatlinburg. The attached Heirloom Room restaurant was delicious for both breakfast and dinner, highly recommend. Very nice little boutique hotel, if we head back to Gatlinburg, this is where we will be staying.

They advertise as historic and elegant. Historic: they are a restored mid20 century roadside motel - in need of updating. Elegant: haven’t a clue where that comes in. Staff is friendly and helpful. On the edge of tourist-Gatlinburg
