Peaceful spacious condo walking distance to Ober Mountain in Gatlinburg shuttle and entrance. Great place to stay with family and friends. Enjoy a nice cozy time with family next to the fireplace or enjoy the great amenities all the clubhouses have to offer. Fully equipped bedrooms, kitchen, and bathrooms. We can help accommodate special requests. Just let us know how we can make your stay memorable. You can catch the Ober tram to and from Downtown Parkway. Avoid the traffic and stay with us. Close to Pigeon Forge and Sevierville. Hope you stay soon!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Communication with host was perfect, her check- in instructions were perfect and all photos matched exactely. Kitchen had every single thing you needed for a weekend stay or longer. Even down to the amount of dishwasher & laundry pods, super thoughtful! Showers had automatic dispensers for shampoo, etc., if you didn’t pack your own. Towels plentiful. We traveled with another couple and we had the on suite- that bedroom is like bat cave, my very hardworking husband appreciated that immensely as it was DARK. Other rooms had a lil screened in patio, nice touches and condo itself! The November decor was really a special touch also. Next to Ober Mountain, 2 lil convenience stores that delivered pizza, we didn’t have but available. 3 miles to Downtown. A 25/uber on a Saturday night at 9:30. Hey, we were safe! A perfect unit for all your needs.

Great place

This place was Amazing, was much bigger than most condos we have stayed at. Beds were comfortable, had plenty of closet and drawer space for clothes. Kitchen was just the right size for us having breakfast in room every morning. Washer and Dryer were perfect for bringing no dirty clothes home. Snuggled up in the woods to see bears and just a short ride back down to the strip of Gatlinburg! Will definitely stay here again!
This was the bear we seen on the floor below us!

Gatlinburg Getaway

We had a family weekend getaway in Gatlinburg with a visit to Dollywood on Saturday. Our drive to Gatlinburg was a little challenging due to the closure of I-40, but once we arrived, everything was great. This property was exactly as described and so clean. The condo was very spacious with plenty of seating for everyone. This owner went above and beyond what I have ever experienced from an owner. She supplied us with everything we needed for our weekend stay without having to make a stop at the grocery store. There were no problems with parking for our 2 vehicles. The only negative thing that happened was excessive noise after midnight both nights. Of course, this would not keep me from renting this unit again or recommending it to anyone looking for a clean and spacious place to stay.

Fall break with the grands

The property was easy to find and very spacious. The beds were comfortable and our family enjoyed the board games. We had three adults and two kids so the sleeping arrangements were perfect with the two twin beds. Our stay was too short. Would have loved to spend another couple of days to explore the local area more. Perhaps next year.

Spacious and accommodating

This unit has a lot of room for both sleeping and hanging out with each other. The owner has stocked it with just the right amount of accommodations and decorations, to be useful and festive, without being cluttered. Beautiful location—easy drives to the national park, to Gatlinburg and more!

Absolutely loved this place! It was perfect for our stay and very accommodating for 5 Adults and could easily have space for more. Clean and close to everything but also able to avoid traffic.

Gatlinburg stay

Lost time due to darkness in master bedroom. That was good and bad. Only problem of location was being on the third floor. Very relaxing.

The floor plan was WAY larger than the pictures made it seem, and everything about the place was pleasant. The owner communicated readily, and there were no issues with our rental. The Rec Club was well maintained, and many of our tears were shed over it's Pool Table. My only complaint is a self complaint: we failed to notice that the Village Market was only a two minute drive away until the last two days of our trip, because that place would have been way more convenient than driving down the mountain just for ketchup. They really should put up another sign or two, just to cater to the ignorant such as myself. To any who follow in our footsteps, USE THE VILLAGE MARKET, and have fun in a wonderful area and an amazing vacation flat.

Nice stay

We enjoyed a nice stay! Commutation was very good with the owners and the condo was spotless. The condo is larger than it appears in the pictures and has a nice layout. The drive up the mountain is step at times which wasn’t something I was used to. We saw bears each time we went up or down the mountain was great!
