You won't have to pay parking or look for parking when you stay here! Newly updated furniture, Big SCREEN SMART TELEVISIONS, FULL KITCHEN, FULL LAUNDRY, all inside this 1200 SF unit. Sleeps 6 if you utilize the sleeper sofa. VERY QUIET AT NIGHT, you will sleep like a baby after a day of fun by the POOL , or walking to eateries and parks in DOWNTOWN GATLINBURG (4 blocks walking distance) If you take the front sidewalk to town you'll come out at traffic light #6 at Cherokee Orchard Drive, across from Ripleys Aquarium and new theme park Anakeesta! OR GRAB THE FREE GATLINBURG TROLLY at STOP 45 for a ride! You can download the GATLINBURG TROLLY APP for times and routes! The condo was immaculate. The host was professional and always available for any questions or needs. Highly recommend this property. Resident bear made an appearance. The walk down to the Parkway was easy, however, we caught the trolley back up.

We had THE BEST visit. Snoring Bear condo was perfect for my husband and me, and my parents. It's far enough from the crazy of downtown Gatlinburg, but close enough to walk to it. There is also a trolley stop at the foot of the main drive if you don't want to walk.Everything about this trip was awesome. The condo was clean and well stocked. Instructions for using the tv were clear and simple. We got to see the resident bear twice!We have been talking about making this an annual trip and will definitely look to stay here again if we do.Thank you so much for being a part of this amazing trip!

Clay was amazing to work with. He was always quick to answer even the smallest questions. Location was great- near the attractions- but far enough away to enjoy some quiet. Bit of an up hill walk back to condo- but very doable. Condo was really nice, very clean and beautifully decorated. The pool did not disappoint! Our kids swam every day.

Family vacation

Grandma and Grandpa rented the Snoring Bear condo and our three kids and five grandkids rented other condos at Holly Ridge. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Snoring Bear and we all enjoyed staying at Holly Ridge. We walked downtown to shop and eat and thought the location was perfect for our needs.

We stayed at the Snoring Bear condo on East Holly Ridge Road in Gatlinburg, and it was absolutely perfect. It’s a two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit that felt super comfortable and homey the entire time. The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed—towels, toiletries, a full kitchen, washer and dryer, cable, and more.We especially loved the back patio overlooking the pool—such a peaceful spot to relax. The location was convenient but quiet, and the whole space was clean and cozy.We’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay in Gatlinburg. Honestly, we didn’t want to leave!

Over Due Getaway

Checkin was simple and easy. We arrived ahead of 6-10 inches of snow. As soon as the snowplow cleared the roads we were out and about. The property was easy to find and had an excellent view of Ober Gatlinburg. The fireplace made the condo warm and cozy. We are already planning a return visit. As it was said as we were leaving It doesn't get any better than this. To borrow a quote form Gen Douglas McArthur: We shall return.

We enjoyed our stay at Snoring Bear and will definitely be back. It’s in an ideal location if you want to walk into downtown Gatlinburg. The walk back may be difficult for some as it is up a gradual hill most of the way. The condo itself is stocked with kitchen items to prepare your own meals. The decor is very cozy and we had plenty of room for our family of four ( 2 adults and 2 kids). The host was very accommodating and answered every question very quickly.

Perfect getaway

A beautiful condo with every amenity you could want. I was so impressed with how the condo was stocked even with some things so I didn’t have to run to the store immediately. It was clean and a great location. My family absolutely loved it and we will definitely looking to stay there again on our next trip!
