「Our week in Viksdalen was unforgettable. The location is absolutely stunning—quiet, peaceful, and surrounded by natural beauty. The house was perfect for our two families, offering plenty of space and comfort. Everything was spotless, and the sound of the nearby waterfall added such a special charm. 「Einmalige Natur rundherum. Ein uriges Haus mit Charakter in einem abgelegenen Naturschutzgebiet am Seitenarm von Sognofjord. Hinter dem Haus - ein Zauberwald mit Eierschwammerln und Blaubeeren. Ein schöner Wanderweg führt auf den Blaubeerberg in der Nähe. Die Anreise ist nur mit dem kleinen Boot möglich und dauert eine knappe Stunde von Vik. Die Wellen am Fjord können spürbar sein, daher Wetter Bedingungen eruieren. 」

「A nice old house with enough space for us to stay. The house is old, but has everything you need to stay (although the washing machine is old, small and has low spinning so it takes some time to dry) and the wifi is poor. Lot's of opportunities for hiking in the area, and also to go with the ferry to the other side. The house is in Ortnevik (we thought it was in Bjordal) at the end of a road. Joar is a very friendly and helpfull guy, and is easy to reach. We recommend this house for a stay.」

「Absolutely perfect little home to just get away and enjoy the sights of Norway! Was originally supposed to be just me but I ended up making some friends at the hostel I stayed at in Oslo so they tagged along on the drive with me. Totally forgot to change the reservation on the way there but Ragnar was more than welcoming when we arrived!!
