「There is no hot water when we arrived. Waited for the whole day, still no progress. The staff is polite but not very helpful in providing alternative solutions. So we checked out early. Expedia contacted the hotel for refund and no one is answering the email or the phone call. So yeah, I got ghosted.」
「You can tell that the building is not new. It might need some work but overall I really enjoyed the stay. On site restaurant food was great. Stuff was great. Especially the chef that was making my breakfast -he can make you everything you ask for. I would recommend that place!」
