「The apartment is in a great location in the center of town. It's a nice size with all the needed amenities. Being in the center of town it is not quiet - the neighbors coming and going are very loud, and the street noise on the weekend is significant, to the point of waking people up (and I am a deep sleeper). Also, parking options are not very good, and is quite expensive.
The main issue is the poor communication. This apartment is being run by a property management company, not an owner....

「The place had just about everything you could ask for in a great central downtown location. Most everything was within short walking distance. Checking in is a breeze once you figure out that you have to hit the arrow key after the numbers and listen for the lock to disengage. Since the AC, washer/dryer, microwave/oven, and stove top are modern, it would be helpful to have some instructions posted on how to operate them nearby (I could have missed them in the welcome binder but ended up just...
