This will be my hotel to come back to surely.

I had a wonderful experience staying here. Everything from Location, quality, service to staff's welcoming attitude was great. I considered to be in the heart of Geneva city right next to most expensive hotels while here it was well within my pocket even after having the same standards.

This is a lovely hotel - great position near to town - nice rooms and particularly lovely helpful knowledgeable staff everyone I spoke to or met went the extra mile to make my stay enjoyable from the housekeeping lady through bar staff to reception all were great. The location by the lake means just a short walk into town and right opposite is a garden where you can grab a coffee or light snack - spa area was relaxing and kept spotless.

Really lovely, friendly staff. Beautiful room. A couple of minor property issues which were resolved when asked. Buffet breakfast a little limited on hot options for a hotel of this class. Good gluten free warmed rolls and pastries on request.

Great location right on Lake Geneva. Really nice welcome treats in the room, and bottled water and very nice bathroom amenities. Breakfast is very nice, they make eggs and other things to order. Unfortunately they don’t tell you what all they make so you need to ask and learn. Would be great to have a menu of options.

Lake View does not exist It’s a fiction I got superior lake view room. They put me on the second floor that had no view and offered to upgrade me to presidential suit for an extra 800$ No thank you Will stay somewhere else next time
