Good location to explore Genova

The location is great, not too far from the historical part of Genova and near to many restaurants. The room is quite small but worked fine for us since we only stayed 2 nights.

The room as great. However, I would have liked to have my own bathroom. The location is great for being in Genova!

The owner is very considerate and helpful. The location is perfect, close to the old town, the sea and many many really good restaurants. My room was nicely quiete. I am looking forward to come back.

The room was small but nicely decorated and clean. Everything you need was there. There is a lovely old staircase but also an old style typical Italian elevator to the 5th floor.

Beautiful large rooms , very clean , convenient , pretty much seamless - if you are independent and can find your way around , need concierge services , directions - be aware it isn’t manned most of the time , but the staff seems accessible with WhatsApp if there is an issue . Also it’s a small boutique hotel , occupying one section of a floor and what looks like an office/ residential building - there is no big sign outside announcing the hotel Bathroom / toilet is communal - something I didn’t pick up when I booked the hotel - but it was kept clean , shower was a little finicky but once I was shown how to operate it - served it’s purpose . About 10 min walk to the railway station - convenient to restaurants

Water temperature problems

The shared bathroom shower has got serious problems. Adjusting water temperature is almost impossible. The water burns you spontaneously changing temperature itself. Apart from this, everything was perfect.

Está hospedagem não é um hotel convencional, é um apartamento transformado em hospedaria, por este motivo meu quarto tinha banheiro compartilhado, mas existe o apto com banheiro privado, isto não fica muito claro na reserva. Local bom, próximo dos pontos turísticos, quarto com frigobar, ar-condicionado ótimo, almofadas para substituir um travesseiro extra, pessoal atencioso mas não há recepção 24h; tudo resolvido por WhatsApp.

De la habitación no me puedo quejar porque estaba en perfectas condiciones, pero no dispone de baño y este era compartido con otra habitación. No entiendo la denominación de Hotel cuando estaríamos hablando de cinco habitaciones de un antiguo piso, situado en un bloque de oficinas y pisos particulares. No dispone de recepciónista como tal, sinó que has de concretar la hora en la que vas a llegar para que te pueda atender y poco más. La ubicación del “Hotel” es bastante buena y tranquila.

Sehr nettes Zimmer in guter Lage zwischen Bahnhof und Zentrum. Alles zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Gleich gegenüber ist eine Fußgängerzone mit Cafés und Restaurants. Aber auch sonst in näherer Umgebung alles da was man braucht. Alles sauber mit täglicher Zimmerreinigung.

Appartement bien situé dans la ville mais entree curieuse via un restaurant . Vetuste et cher. 3 fourchettes pour 6 personnes , on sent que tout est fait pour rentabiliser un maximum .nous louons très souvent via Air BNB , cette experience etait tres decevante .
