“Very close to the lake! Beautiful lake views!Up two flights of stairs, one outside, one inside to living room/kitchen. 2 bedrooms on first level. Nice fireplace,with firewood!The property maintenance guy spread 2 to 3 grains of sand to prevent slipping on ice. Needs to spread MORE!One of our guests slipped and fell!The property owner was easy to communicate with, and was responsive!”

“Perfect location in South Lake Tahoe. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Tons of restaurants in the area as well as markets. The kitchen was spotless and well equipped. The only criticism is that for us, the bed was a little soft. Very impressed with Marriott Grand Residence!”

“We stayed at this beautiful Tahoe home for Christmas. We were a party of 10 and the house fit our needs perfectly. Plenty of bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms (5) and plenty of room for us all. Also, house was well maintained and stocked with all necessities. It was a wonderful stay!!”
