"Great locale--was warmly welcomed at both check in a check out. Breakfast options were plentiful and restocked to keep the warm items fresh and ready. Only disappointment was the coffee/hot chocolate machine in the breakfast room; the coffee tasted flavored, which I am not a fan of. However, there are always readily stocked decaf/regular coffees and hot water for tea outside of the breakfast room near the front desk. The coffee in the lobby was great-- more to my personal taste."

"The room was clean and spacious. Bathroom products were replenished. Complimentary breakfast was always hot and changed daily. Staff was very accommodating when we arrived late and needed to add extra days. Conveniently located next to Gundersen Lutheran hospital with underground connection. Signage between the hospital and hotel could be improved. Hotel offers a discount to visitors who have someone in the hospital when booked with the hotel directly."
