"Kitchen did not have a plastic drink pitcher (we like tea!) so I purchased one at the Dollar Tree and left it when we left. Everything else was excellent and hosts were quick to respond to any questions we had. "

"This was the easiest access to a property I have experienced, which is so nice after traveling all day! This propery is accesesed through dirt, gravel, steep winding roads. Which is what we expected for this more secluded area. We were prepared and brought the cherokee. Not a necessity, but made it easier. We arrived at night and found that motion sensing lights on the property lit up right where we needed them, which was great! The ondoor space is very nice. There is a wood burning fireplace, portable radiant heater, and mini split. The upstairs is a loft with 2 adult and 2 kid beds. We were able to move them around easily to accomodate our needs. The kids and my husband had fun with the pacman game up there.We did not find anything that we needed, that wasn't provided. The back porch is elevated above the woods, has seating, including a rocker and a power outlet. We explored the woods and enjoyed the walking trails. There were deer, chipmunks, and a beautiful bard owl hanging around. This time of year the walnuts and acorns are dropping, and can startle in the middle of the night when landing on the roof. But was oart of the charm of beeing out of the city and fully in nature. We were able to drive to stores, restaurants, and to Nashville in reasonable amounts of time. I wish our stay was longer. Truly enjoyed this peaceful place."

"Was a perfect setting for a peaceful and relaxing stay!! If you have a vehicle, it was also a perfect driving distance to historic downtown Franklin, Leiper's Fork, Nashville and exploring the beautiful country side. The bunkhouse was comfortable, the shower had amazing water temperature and pressure and the history of the music studio was very interesting and exciting to know the musicians that have recorded there. It will be my first choice for our next visit!"
