"Overall, my stay was okay, especially for a short weekend trip, but there are definitely some areas that need improvement.
I originally booked a King Loft but was first placed in a room with two beds. The staff did correct the issue and moved me to the room type I booked, which I appreciated.
My biggest concern was the cleanliness of the room. The toilet seat had a yellow stain that I had to clean myself. After seeing that, I started wiping down other surfaces in the room. When I wiped the black coffee table, the napkin/wipe came away extremely dirty, which made me question how thoroughly the room had been cleaned before my stay.
There was also a glass water container in the refrigerator for guests to drink from. I personally would not use something like that anyway, but when I opened it, I noticed a dark/black spot around the opening where you would pour or drink from, which was concerning.
The shower also needs maintenance. The water pressure was very low, the shower head could not be adjusted, and the water was basically dripping rather than giving a good shower.
The hotel itself is okay for a quick stay, and my room issue was corrected, but based on the cleanliness and maintenance problems I experienced, it would not be my first choice for a longer stay. The rooms need to be cleaned more thoroughly and certain fixtures need better upkeep."
