“As someone who has stayed in over 50 short-term rentals without ever experiencing a serious issue, I am disappointed to say that our stay had two significant ones.1 - The listing advertised baby gates, which was a main reason we chose this home. Upon arrival, we were informed that the gates were only for the outside deck, not the two inside staircases. Any parent would reasonably prioritize indoor safetey.
