“We had a great stay! Owner easy to communicate with. Check in and out all remote. The home was clean, updated, spacious and perfect for a family. Plenty of clean Linens and towels! Plenty of parking. The location in bayview can’t be beat. Loved having access to the pools and ability to use the golf cart provided by the property! Close to the family pool with splash pad for kids and a playground. Perfect for families! Definitely will be staying again in the future. If you have small children……

“We are an older company and this rental was extremely thought out in all areas. All amenities were top notch and anything you possibly could need, other than linens and towels, were there. The decor just captures a beach vacation, very well appointed. The home was very clean and each space was set up for comfort and convenience. Several Pine trees surround the property, therefore a bit of pine needles do make ground level a little messy, however, my doggie didn’t want to leave, completely safe……

“Despite tropical storm Ophelia, we had a great stay! We loved being in the middle of Lewes and close to so many fun things! The house was clean, the owners were quick to respond and troubleshoot any issues, and the location was perfect! We visited many of our favorite breweries— all less than a 20 minute ride. We would stay here again! Thanks for a fun weekend!”

“I used to live in The Palms so it was a no brainer to rent a place when I had to work in the area for a month. The condo was great, clean and quiet. Just a couple of small things. I know Rehoboth but for those who don’t an updated info folder would be great. The dryer did take multiple cycles to dry stuff but I had read this in a previous review so was prepared and I hang dry most stuff so I bought a drying rack. Loved my time there and made me miss my old place.”

“Had a wonderful impromptu getaway. We weren’t sure if we wanted to be closer to the ocean or on the bay. Hands down the screened in porch to hang out and watch the bay with our coffee and the sunset while playing games was absolutely what we wanted. The home had everything we were looking for/needed inside. Only thing that was awkward for us was having to bring towels and linens- I’ve never been requested to do that and had to find some xl twin sheets via friends. We are already making plans for……

“Great efficiency apartment in a six-unit building. It is steps from the beach, boardwalk and town center. Four steps up from the ground level to enter the property. The murphy bed is comfortable! Cute kitchenette, we didn't use it because we were surrounded by restaurants.”

“This place was perfect for us. We were coming for a quick getaway and this place was extremely clean, no weird smells, and looks like the pictures. Two things I want to mention that could help with booking is the campground does rent out bikes and I think kayaks which would have been helpful to know ahead of time. Also we couldn’t find towels which was a first for me in a bnb. Not a big deal for us because we wanted new ones for home anyway. Thanks for a great weekend and we will definitely be……
