「Wifi in room rarely worked so had to go to the lobby to use it. When wifi connected, tv automatically turned on so was awakened at 4 am one day and 6 am another day with tv lighting up the room. There was a hotel wide internet outage and after it was fixed, the fire alarm went off at 5 am clearing the hotel for no reason until the fire dept gave the all clear. Never staying at citizenm again.」

「非常满意，价格适中，前台的小姐姐很热情，服务非常好。酒店虽小，五脏俱全。卫浴用品用的欧舒丹，很意外。卫生也做得很不错。地点很不错，距离杜邦圆环地铁站十来分钟的路程，对面有个7-11，总体很满意。再去DC，仍然会选这家。希望不要涨价，哈哈。」

「Hotel just opened after renovation and we stayed there because it's right next to the hospital and I had surgery in the morning. New rooms are very nicely decorated. We had an issue where our first room reeked of smoke so it took awhile to resolve but in the end the staff was very nice. Hoped for the restaurant to be open but it wasn't yet so we ate in the college food court connected.」
