“We were lucky enough to book this place last minute and so glad we did - it was amazing. Friendly hosts who provided a wonderful welcome basket of milk, juice, yoghurt, biscuits, crisps granola and bread which was a really thoughtful touch. The place is huge and comfortable and we lit an open fire which was lovely. The accommodation is isolated from the main farm and is therefore wonderfully quiet and peaceful. “We had a wonderful stay at this place. The house was warm, very clean, and felt welcoming from the moment we arrived. Our kids absolutely loved it, which made the stay even more enjoyable for us as a family.The best part was definitely the wood‑burning fireplace — it was amazing and kept the entire house cozy and comfortable. “It was a good 1 night rest stop for our drive from Queenstown to Christchurch. The cottage is charming and clean. The beds are comfortable and we had a very good night’s sleep. Love the peace and quiet of the area. It was a rainy day otherwise we would have stayed outside to enjoy the night sky.”
