“Ein herzliches Dankeschön an die Vermieter! Es hat von Beginn an alles gestimmt. Die Bilder entsprechen der Wohnung. Wir haben mit 4 Erwachsenen durch die privaten Badezimmer den notwendigen Abstand gehabt. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und man kann an der Mainstreet (50 Meter) direkt in die Tram steigen. Auch fussläufig ist die Bealstreet, das Peabody zu erreichen. Wir haben uns zu jeder Zeit sicher gefühlt und das Auto konnten wir in unmittelbarer Nähe im……

House is very nicely furnished and everything that you need Location is close to Beale Street and Bass Pro and St Jude. The owner was extremely helpful with dinner and breakfast recommendations. “Location of the home was in a safe and friendly neighborhood. The neighbors came by the yard and all said hello as we were coming and going. It’s on a street that gets some traffic but definitely not a main road and was quiet. The home is fully stocked and one of the most clean homes I’ve rented. We had a wonderful stay and were allowed to enter the home earlier than normal check in. Loved the beds, no squeaks and mattresses and pillows were comfortable.”

“This was my first experience with and use of VRBO, and I could not be any happier. The place was very clean and well appointed. I especially liked the decorative odes to Elvis, Al Green, Otis Redding and other Memphis giants of music. The neighborhood is akin to other cities' art/up-and-coming areas. A great benefit of this was being away from downtown but just just close enough that it was a 10-15 minute walk to places; very close to the Memphis Redbirds' stadium. Parking was a breeze.……

“Let me start by saying that Mr. Christmas is as down to earth as you can get, he is very personable and loves a good conversation. The house was clean from top to bottom, there was even some food in the fridge for us to help ourselves. Everything you need for a great stay, and a comfortable stay was at your fingertips. Mr. Christmas was there as soon as we arrived, to let us in and even walked through the house with us to show us anything we needed to know. We are definitely looking forward to……

“This was a very comfortable unit. Quite neighborhood. Within a few minutes to Beale Street! Everything was clean and well supplied with everything you would need, with the exception of food. A bit of snafu on entering the home, but I do not have email on my phone. The owner arrived within 3 minutes of a phone call. He was great!”

“Great location in downtown Memphis if you are looking to be within walking distance of amazing restaurants and Beale Street. The playground along the river is great for kids. Had some questions for the property manager prior to arrival that were not responded to in a timely manner. All in all, a good place for us to stay.”

The neighborhood isn’t the best, but we didn’t have any problems. The security system and cameras did help ease the worry. The owner is quick to respond and very nice and helpful. “A really nice historic property next to zoo and a large park. Also a lovely are to walk in the surround historic neighborhood. Property was clean and comfortable and hosts were attentive. Minimal studio kitchen with microwave and toaster oven, fridge. Grocery store and restaurants available with short drives. Street parking was readily available.”
