“This was an incredibly well appointed, very clean property in a gorgeous location. I would highly recommend Gerringong for a short stay. On the slightly negative side this property was very steep, with steep stairs made of quite slippery polished wood, going down to bedrooms, with no handrail. Not really great for kids or people with any mobility issues. Bedrooms much smaller than appeared in photos.”

“Title: Very uncomfortable stay due to aggressive neighbour behaviour ans lack of support from Stayz.Our stay was unfortunately very uncomfortable because of ongoing aggressive behaviour from a neighbouring resident. Shortly after we arrived, the neighbour repeatedly yelled at us about our dogs barking — even though the dogs were only reacting to the kids next door who kept throwing a ball over the fence.The neighbour’s behaviour escalated to personal insults, calling us “blow-ins,” and at one……

“Check in was easy, but once there, there was mice dropping on the bed, ants coming in and out of the bathroom door, the ensuite shower had water pooling outside of the shower so you’d be stepping into water and inch high, creating water damage at the base of the door frame, where the ants came in and out of. The mould in the ensuite was all over the ceiling. When I went to talk to the staff he was sarcastic and rude, it says the place is pet friendly but my partner and I found a dead rat outside……
