“ Close to the beach, well kept with good amenities. Good bedrooms.”

“No value for money. The small terraced yard is not secure, it needs to be accessed via a back bedroom which entails flights of stairs to enter. Not suitable for pets or children, it is actually a hazard as has discarded chairs, gates and general refuse in plain sight, awful. Stairs at every level, not suitable for toddlers or elderly. Air conditioning non operational. Windows very difficult to open and rusted (need to climb on kitchen bench to open one) Front door non operational, needed to……

“There was no reception and no wifi available despite what the listing says. We had to book another place as I needed to check into work. Owner was very dismissive of the problem Also he sent us the wrong pin so sent us on a 30 minute round trip. Spider webs and hair were in the shower/bedroom and there’s no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Couldn’t open the window as so many spiders just outside the window ”

“We had 5 adults in our party and we found the house very suitable to our needs. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. The location near the shops was a bonus. The communication with the owners was also very good.”
