「The apartment had a smell of cigarettes and as non smokers it was terrible to have to endure during our stay, the cleanliness is poor too the walls are dirty, the curtains look like they haven’t been washed in a while, the bed sheets have stains on them and honestly this apartment looked nothing like the picture, the upside of this entire apartment is that the city is just a 2 minute walk away but that’s it.」

「My first booking listing didn’t mention stairs and my luggage was too big to go up the skinny windy stairs. So thankfully they found me another apartment near by. However it was not up to the same standard as what I originally booked. It also had no air conditioner and no fan. It was boiling hot on the top floor with no breeze getting through the window- on a 21 degree day. I am very grateful they found me different accommodation, it was a nice stay beside the heat up there. Thanks」
