“This cute and updated house was perfect for me and my two friends! The kitchen had everything we needed and the living room was the perfect place to hangout and talk! “LOVED the house! It's so much fun and functional! We have a toddler so the playground in the back sold us, then I fell absolutely in love with the convertible toilet seat for the little one. All the details in this house are perfect. We love to take family walks, so on the first night we walked a couple of blocks and turned back, that's the only negative. Never felt unsafe in the house, just not a really walkable neighborhood.”

We enjoyed sitting on the deck in the quiet atmosphere and reading. There is no television. The description is accurate, so if you're not looking for this type of rental don't stay here. However, it could use some TLC in the cleaning department (indoors and out) as well as some attention to details to really make it shine. “I called the hotel three days before my one-night stay to make sure it is pet friendly. I was told there would be a $75 deposit for the pet in case of damage. I assumed it meant the deposit is refundable if the pet does not cause any damage. The night I arrived, i was told the deposit was non-refundable and i was required to sign the paperwork.
