This hotel is very near the main street and in a good position to get to all areas of the Rock. Bit of a slope to get to the hotel from the Town but then Gibraltar is not a flat place to visit.

For some reason the bar decided to close at 10.30. This was even a surprise to the rest of the hotel staff who tried to take it over! If you run an hotel, best to have some control over the staff and opening hours. Other than that it is a reasonable proposition for the price.

We had a balcony with a view of the air conditioners units. Lol. And the breakfast left a lot to be desired. It was a very expensive room and I would have expected more. However, the staff was extraordinary.

Väldigt bra första bemötande av receptionisten. Det tog dock väldigt lång tid vid utcheckningen då det bara var en som jobbade och många gäster. Dålig AC på rummet, annars väldigt fräscht. Riktigt dåliga drinkar vid poolbaren och lunchen nere i restaurangen var inte heller speciellt bra. Bra frukost med magnifik utsikt. Hotellets läge väldigt bra!

Our room was spotless and the staff unfailingly friendly and helpful. We really appreciated the coffee pod machine in our room. So much better than instant. Just a few details let down the rating from 5 to 4. We had to inform the staff that the desk light wasn't working and when we had run out of coffee pods. Both those things were fixed very promptly tho'. The area that really was the negative was the breakfast arrangements. The restaurant was too small for the number of guests and at times of high demand, guests were left queing outside the room waiting for a vacant table. If that restaurant with the pool bar was open during the day for light meals/snacks, that would improve the amenity of the adjacent swimming pool and serve those who didn't want to use the main restaurant on the ground floor.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a fantastic stay at the Eliott Hotel in Gibraltar. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always happy to help with anything I needed. Their excellent customer service really made the stay feel special. The room was spotless, modern, and beautifully presented, but the standout feature was the bed—it was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever slept in. I had an amazing night's sleep every night, which made such a difference. Overall, a wonderful hotel with exceptional staff, great facilities, and outstanding comfort. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Gibraltar.
