“We stayed at Ajira for three nights and were assured that we would be refunded for the remaining three nights. Unfortunately, the communication from the reception staff was poor throughout our stay. On the day of checkout, we were asked to pay for charges relating to something we never used, which was both frustrating and disappointing. When we questioned it, no one took ownership of the issue or offered a proper explanation. Instead, it felt as though the priority was collecting more money……

The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The swimming pool was also a great place to cool down during the hot days.
