No view of the water, and a bit of street noise outside, but quiet inside except for the putter-patter of little feet from upstairs sometimes. The resident small dog and cat were friendly and happy to welcome us. Shopping was just minutes away. Watch for deer if you drive the area at dusk/dark! At the corner where you turn into the neighborhood, there are tons of wild blackberries.」

「We had a wonderful stay. Hosts were very communicative with arrival/check-in information. They responded very quickly to any questions. I grew up in Tacoma so I was very familiar with the area. For those who aren’t, rental is located in a quiet area on the North-end, close to waterfront, restaurants/stores, and easy access to the freeway. I would highly recommend staying here and I will definitely check for availability when I travel back to Tacoma.」

「We were having our house re-plumbed and needed a place to stay for several nights locally. This place fit the bill.Tastefully remodeled, with nice kitchen and bath. Amazingly good water pressure for the shower was a nice bonus.Sits as the back of a multi-unit building with windows facing three different directions. There is an alleyway behind the building but there’s no street noise to speak of.」

"Great location, it's not on a hill, so the walk was easy. it's about 5-8mins walk from the train station. the standard room was spacious enough with a small bench and a coffee table near the bed. the downside is that they didn't provide kettle in the room, you may have to check with the front desk (we just bough water from target). i'd stay here next time given the easy access and there were some parking lots nearby available. otherwise, hotel provide valet parking."
