Beds were comfortable and bathroom upstairs was beautiful and roomy. Very homey feel to the house. Fireplace was decorative with electric candles. Snow plow came to remove snow. Thank you for a great stay.

We were SO happy with this house! It was nice a spacious for our family of 5. We loved the mini spilts in all the bedrooms to stay at a comfortable temperature. The house was very clean and organized! We would love to stay there again :)

Family Vacation

My family and I have stayed in Gilford many times over the years but this was our first time at this property. We loved staying in this family home. It is well maintained. The skylights over the beds were magical. We loved the clawfoot tub and the ability to eat inside and outside. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great house and Beautiful Location!

We were able to enjoy this house for several nights in July. It was a beautiful location and the house was just right. The main level was great for working and eating and the 3 bedrooms upstairs were separate, which was nice. We went for a several walks, and there weren't any sidewalks in the neighborhood, but the cars looked out for us.

Cozy home close to Everything!

Great New England cape in great location close to everything you want and need. Super clean, comfortable mattresses and pillows, amazing bath with clawfoot tub, shower and heated flooring. Well equipped kitchen with lots of room and a huge dining room table for family dinner. We loved it and the street was quiet, yet close to all the fun and entertainment.

Some bumps with the initial check in. Wrong code was given and house temp was set low and took hours to warm up the house. The dryer did not consistently work and we ended up at a laundromat. But the house itself was fine and the location was great for what we needed.

Gunstock Ski Trip

Roomy, sunny cape only 8 minutes to the slopes. The place was clean, bright, and had everything we needed. 10 minutes to Walmart or Hannaford for what we forgot to bring. Loved the claw foot tub with bubble bath and a view of snow covered pines. Thank you for sharing your home

Short drive to Weirs Beach and Lake Winnepasaukee, no I can never spell that properly. House was equipped and clean. Quiet area and close to a Farmers market offering produce, beer, a couple of farm animals for kids, live entertainment, and more. Close to stores, grocery, CVS, Dunkin Donuts. Would recommend.

Great Getaway

House is as pictured. Plenty of room. Beds were comfortable. Neighborhood was great. Beans and Greens Farm Stand is just down the road; variety of delicious items and had fun in the corn maze. Bank of Pavilion NH was a few minutes away; enjoyed the concert. T-bones restaurant is a must for lunch or dinner. Weirs Beach and Weirs Mini Golf 10 minutes away. Would stay here again.

Home away from home

My husband son and I stayed here with my inlaws. We fell in love as soon as we walked in. So bright and clean. Everything thing you need was there. I loved that we could bring our dog. He absolutely loved the yard. The back deck was perfect in the morning for coffee and letting our dog out on his runner. The neighborhood was very quiet. We will definitely stay here again. So close to so many things.

Great home base for the Lakes region

My partner and dog stayed here for a week in early April. The house was as nice as the pictures in the listing and was a cozy home base for exploring the surrounding area. The kitchen had all the basics for cooking simple meals. The bathroom, living room, and dining room are spacious with nice light. My partner worked remotely during our stay— the WiFi was not strong enough for him to work upstairs, so he ended up sitting in the kitchen, which was a little awkward. Other than that, a wonderful house that instantly felt like home!

Comfort of home away from home

This is our second year staying at this house. Such a nice clean well kept house. Love everything about it. Huge backyard for kids, dogs etc. All the personal touches are great. I forgot our dogs water dish. I was going to run to Walmart but didn't have to they had dog dishes there. Only thing I would change is a bigger trash can in the kitchen. Other than that it is our favorite place to stay.

A standout in cleanliness upon arrival, clearly a professionally managed property. Central air via mini splits and backup generator huge pluses. Large well kept yard. Quiet neighborhood. Fantastic location…..just a minutes drive to Walmart, Shaw’s, Weir’s Beach, Gunstock. Very good communication from Vacasa and seemless check in process. Detailed house instruction and welcome book always a huge plus. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again!
