「The house is adorable, exceptionally clean, stocked with plenty of necessities, and also had a lot of supplies for families with young kids/babies. Our host was exceptionally responsive, reachable, and helpful (don’t sleep on the local attraction guide!). We were able to walk to/from a wedding at the nearby Mills property with no issues at all. The only minor drawback to the property is that it faces a busy road, but we kept the windows closed and that blocked the sound of motorists just fine.」

It’s a charming older style lake house that could use a bit of pampering but it was very clean and comfortable for our group of 8. 「The Cozy Cottage nestled in the heart of Alton Bay, NH was just what my family of four needed for an extended holiday weekend getaway. My favorite keepsake from staying at Rich’s Cozy Cottage was most definitely the spectacular view and the live music heard from across the Bay while I relaxed on the comfy blue chairs in the large breezeway! We even brought our pugs and our 22 ft boat. Next time I hope to be able to reserve a dock, but the ramp is literally a five minute walk away.」
