"Not the apartment I was expecting but very nice nonetheless - had expected ground floor apartment as travelling with older relative who has some mobility issues - access via very steep stairs. "My Friends and I stayed at Cosgrove Cottage over the weekend just gone, and it was nothing short of magical. The setting is simply beautiful, right on the edge of the Forest. The marketing photos do not do it justice, you have to see it to believe it. "Lovely house in a lovely location but we had a few issues. The property details said there was a barbecue which had planned to use. There was no barbecue! Instead we had to use the ovens in the kitchen. Both ovens were very dirty one of them filled the kitchen with acrid smoke as soon as we turned it on . It was such a shame because the standards of cleanliness elsewhere in the property were very high. With a barbecue and a clean oven this would have been a pretty much perfect house."
