“When checked in at this hotel, fist of all, we found the toilette was broken and we had to make at least three phone calls to the front and wait for more than 30 minutes until they sent someone to fix the problem. We called ahead of time asking if we could drop our luggage off early morning and head straight to park. No problem we were told.
