“Apartment is a nice size, gated parking, clean and newly renovated, and very close to the Beach which was great for us. The ceiling tapers on 2 sides and you can’t help to hit your head as bed pillows and toilet are at lowest ceiling point. I could not use the WIFI at all. It would link up and quickly detach causing me to do my office work from my cell phone.”

“Es war unser erster Urlaub in Italien, aber definitiv nicht unser letzter! Das Haus besitzt alles, was man sich für einen entspannten Urlaub wünschen kann. Das Highlight ist der Pool, der Billiardtisch und der Tischkicker. Es gab Tage, da wollten unsere Kinder nicht weg. Die Gegend ist traumhaft schön. Auf der einen Seite die tolle Aussicht auf die Berge, auf der andern Seite das Meer. Die Vermieter Silvano und Rebecca waren sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Der von ihnen empfohlene Strand……

“Wir wollten Ruhe und Entspannung was wir dort gefunden haben. Dennoch war es nicht weit zum Meer. Pierro der Gastgeber, welcher ebenso im Hause wohnt, hatte wunderbare Sightseeing Tipps für uns. Auch die Lokale, die er uns empfahl waren immer eine sehr gute Wahl. Das Haus hatte alles was man braucht. Kleine Reparaturen wurden immer sofort erledigt. Wir fühlten uns rund herum wohl.”

“Wir sind sehr zufrieden, unser Urlaub war schön , die Möglichkeit draußen zu spazieren ein Traum , auf dem Spielplatz gab es immer eine Attraktion. Im August war Karneval die Kinder und wir hatte. “This property had everything. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking ware and dishes. The bedrooms were comfortable. Everywhere was clean and well decorated. The hosts were so friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The area is beautiful, peaceful and quiet. We stayed a month and it wasn't long enough!”

The grounds and pool are well maintained and the view from the villa is stunning. Citta’ Sant’Angelo is a delightful hilltop town only a short distance away by car but some of our party did walk to the town. Piero and Letizia were excellent hosts and made us feel very welcome.”

Teresa’s passion for Italy and familiarity with Abruzzo led her to be a superb tour guide who introduced me to some of the hidden secrets of the region. Abruzzo itself seems to be something of a secret and offers a rejuvenating respite from record numbers……

“It's a lovely remote location, quiet but close enough to the village and the beach. The contact with the owner is great, he really took care for us, so we would enjoy the holiday even more. We were with a party of 5 adults and a big dog, and none of us has something to complain about. It was just super!”

The host/owner was there to great us with fresh produce and everything we needed for a "proper" Italian dinner.
