“I couldn’t find the flat and The manager didn’t answer my calls at all, I ended up staying in a different hotel. Then he phoned me back after two days arguing about the price that I already paid and informed me that he’s cancelled the offer and I should get a full refund soon. Until now I got nothing!! Just totally disrespectful and careless manager, it’s a super annoying experience. THIS IS JUST FRAUD!!”

“Overall, my stay at this property was good. The apartment was big with two bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen stuffed with all we needed. Alaa was a great host. He helped us navigating around the city. Communication with him was easy and he responded to my calls immediately. I greatly appreciate that. However, one bathroom didn’t work well. So practically we had only one bathroom. Also, the bathroom we used smelled mold. We had to disinfect and clean the doorknobs, the switches and the remote……
