"The hotel is located in a good area, very close to the Pyramids' old entrance and just 8 min away on car from the GEM (Uber charge us only US$2 from the hotel to get to the GEM). It has a beautiful top roof with ann an incredible sight view of the pyramids. Sunrise and Sunset looking at the pyramids of Giza is totally worthy in this hotel. Also, the staff is so welcoming and friendly, mostly Yossif, the receptionist! What a nice and servicial guy! The helped us to booked the most trips in Cairo and Alexandria! The only thing they need to manage asap is the room cleaning service. We stayed for 5 nigths and no one ever went to our room to clean up, change the towels and the bed sheets or even take the trash away. That was the only really bad thing about the hotel, and of course the most important one related to a medium stay!"

"Honest review from a westerner who travels a lot. We had the best room in the hotel on floor 6 with a jacuzzi tub and a patio overlooking the museum and pyramids. You are right next to the highway. Again, if you’re prepared. This is fine. The room was fantastic. Other rooms looked pretty small by western standards. I’ve stayed at the JW Mariott before in new Cairo. That’s a five star experience and self contained. This hotel is in REAL Cairo city at the dead end of a residential street. No frills. Trash piles. Not walkable. No restaurants near. If you’ve been to Cairo, this is not a surprise and no big deal. Uber works great! You can get anywhere in minutes. Super location, especially for the museum. The staff is exceptional and very eager. Breakfast is simple and fine. Egg. Cheese. Beans. Fruit. Breads. But served with enthusiasm. "

"Great experience at this hotel"

"Okay… I’m not even being dramatic when I say this, if you want the BEST view of the pyramids and the Sphinx, this is the hotel. We stayed at the Mamlouk Pyramid Hotel and got the twin suite with the balcony, and the view was literally right there. Like… you open the door and the pyramids and the Sphinx just sitting in front of you! It didn’t even feel real!! The rooftop restaurant was probably my favorite part. Sitting there eating breakfast, lunch, and dinner with that view? We did that for five days straight and are already planning our next trip back! Also, just to say because I know it matters; we’re two female travelers and felt completely safe the entire time, both at the hotel and walking around the area. There’s even a Pizza Hut and KFC like a 2-minute walk away (with a crazy good view too), and we had no issues at all. Felt safer here than in the USA! Overall, 10/10 experience. I’m definitely coming back. If you’re THINKING of Mamlouk, just do it!"

"The view is amazing specially the rooftop and our room with the view of the pyramids. That's what sold me to book this hotel. Room is good, cold with comfortable beds and pillows. For one night stay its ok otherwise area is loud and crowded. Its not the hotel's fault but its just the area. But definitely right in front of the pyramids. Staff are very friendly, good english and very helpful. "

"The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. The laundry service was reasonable with a quick turnaround and our clothes have never looked better!! They were even able to remove a stubborn stain from my daughter’s pants. Quick responses to any requests. The Breakfast was delicious with plentiful options. Easy check in and check out. The location was great. Would stay again."

"Nice clean hotel with friendly staff. The view from top was great. Breakfast was really good and the staff there were very good too. Its conveniently located near the Sphinx entrance (its better to enter from the other entrance and exit from here). They have guides/tours too. Muhammad was very helpful and was able to arrange car and guide according to my needs. "
