DESCRIPTION:

Pleasant house of 25m2 fully furnished, located in a quiet private property with enclosed garden and swimming pool heated to 28 ° from May to late September..Ajoining this studio, a beautiful living space under a covered courtyard of over 10m2 with bar in stones.

DESCRIPTION:

- Cozy lounge inviting to travel, composed of a comfortable BZ bed for 2 people, a coffee table, 2 bedside tables, a TV and a wardrobe.
-Sleeping 2 people, in mezzanine (Children / Teenagers / Young people)
-Fully equipped kitchen with large fridge / freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric coffee maker, toaster and everything you need to cook "like at home".
-Bathroom with shower, sink, heated towel rail and storage column. Separate WC.

SERVICES :

-Free WIFI.
- Local laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board (independent of the studio).
-Bikes available (a female model / a male model).
-Bed linen and towels provided.
-Products of first necessity provided (tea, coffee, chocolate, pasta, cleaning products) allowing you to put down your suitcases without having to worry about shopping as soon as you arrive!

-This place is for anyone wishing to relax in the peace of a countryside offering beautiful walks or bike rides (maps with marked trails available) .The surrounding area rich in essential sites such as Futuroscope, Défiplanet, the Valley of the Monkeys, the Giants of the Sky, the Planet of the Crocodiles, the Vigeant circuit etc ..., will delight young and old, without forgetting the city of Poitiers with a rich heritage.
-This accommodation is also intended for anyone on a business trip, for a few days, a few weeks or a few months (trainee, person in training, wishing to meet in the evening and / or the weekend in a haven of peace.

Le calme de la propriété est appréciable après les journées passées au sein du parc d'attractions du Futuroscope.Petit logement bien équipé et agrémenté d'une belle terrasse aménagée pour la prise des repas ou pour se retrouver autour d'un jeu de société.Excellent et chaleureux accueil de Chantal, notre hôtesse.

Very relaxing

We are in our 60’s so was looking for a relaxing and quiet holiday, which we got especially with the swimming pool but unfortunately the weather was not great, which no one can control. It is comfortable but it was only the 2 of us. Chantal is very helpful and friendly and everything you need for your stay. Although her house is opposite the cottage she gives you your privacy.

Bonjour, 1 semaine pour faire des activités est largement assez( 10 jours max.) Le site se situe dans un endroit très calme mais nous trouvons pas d’animation dans les villages voisins. Il faut aller dans Poitier ville ou autres destinations ( minimum 30´ de déplacement pour aller à un endroit où plus). Les gens qui veulent du repos…idéal. Dommage que la propriétaire n’était pas présente pour nous accueillir. Nous trouvons que le gîte est plus adapté pour un couple sans enfant. Le bruit de la machine de la pompe de la piscine qui se trouve dans un placard au même endroit que la pièce de vie. Même si la pompe s’éteint à 22h08’( le bruit était très dérangeant ). Klein aber fein

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Chantal. Das Haus ist zwar relativ klein, aber intelligent eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts und der Aussenbereich ist sehr grosszügig bemessen. Den Pool teilt man sich mit zwei weiteren Einheiten, aber jede der Einheiten hat ausreichend privaten Raum. Unser Sohn hat den Pool sehr genossen :-D In Gizay ist es sehr sehr ruhig, man ist also immer auf das Auto angewiesen, auch wenn man zum Bäcker möchte (Es gibt zwar einen Brotautomaten, aber wir ziehen die Auswahl beim Bäcker vor). Ansonsten ist man innerhalb eibner halben Stunde in Poitiers, im Futuroscope, in Chauvigny (unbedingt machen!) und noch ein paar anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Chantal ist eine sehr zuvorkommende und nette Gastgeberin und immer gut erreichbar. Alles in allem nur zu empfehlen wenn man in der Region Poitiers nach einem schönen, ruhigen und bezahlbaren Häuschen sucht. Merci beaucoup Chantal!

Heerlijke plek om tot rust te komen

Heel hartelijke ontvangen door de eigenaresse Chantal met plaatselijke lekkernij en een sapje. Chantal is heel gastvrij en attend, waardoor wij, ook mede dankzij het zwembad, een heerlijk verblijf gehad hebben. Wel vind ik de omschrijving van twee slaapkamers niet helemaal juist. Ik zou eerder spreken van twee slaapplekken. Voor 4 personen op de vide en voor twee personen kan een slaapbank in de woonruimte gebruikt worden. Wel was het heel fijn dat de airco in de woonruimte ook de vide koel hield.

C'est un endroit très agreable pour découvrir cette belle région située entre Charente maritim

C'est un gîte rural bien située et bien équipé l'accueil de la propriétaire est tres chaleureuse et très humaine la preuve nous sommes tombé en panne la nuit a 15 km en pleine campagne dans une zone très difficile la propriétaire nous a porter son assistance en arrivant pour nous aider à 23h les gens de cette région nous a porter leurs aide pour sortir la voiture de la fosse ce qui nous beaucoup rassure8sue cette région est bien sécurisé est les habitants de cette région très gentils et coopérative C'est une bonne expérience est une bonne appréciation sur cette région merci a tous les gens sue nous aider et en particulier la propriétaire

Charming place to spend a few days

Very well equipped, spotlessly clean, very friendly hostess (who worked with my very limited French). The loft may not be for everyone, but there is a sofa bed on the main level as well. Excellent value!

Très bonne semaine à Gisay. Un petit coin au calme à découvrir.

Le gîte est très joliment décoré et l'on apprécie la terrasse couverte qui permet de prendre tous les repas à l'extérieur. La piscine est un plus ,nous avons eu la chance d'avoir du beau temps et même très chaud donc il était très agréable de pouvoir se baigner. Ce temps chaud fut l'inconvénient à la mezzanine car malgré les 3 fenêtres ouvertes au rez-de-chaussée aucune circulation d'air à la mezzanine . Chantal La propriétaire nous a prêté un ventilateur. Sa générosité et sa gentillesse naturelle nous ont séduit et l'écoute des ses locataires nous ont fait oublié ces petits désagréments . Catherine
