"Perfect for airport"

"Nice hotel, good location and friendly staff. Small issues were mold on the shower walls along with drainage issues. The shower base would fill to just under the ankle in a few minutes. Be mindful if staying in room 7 of the noise level in the morning as you will be right next to the staff area, so there's a lot of coming and going of a morning. Not an issue if you want to be awake from 7am."

"A lovely old hotel in a convenient position. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room and en-suite were very clean. A good selection of tea etc. Very nice having single rooms. I will definitely stay there again."

"We had travelled about 190 miles for a wedding, arriving about 12:30 and looking for suitable facilities to change in, only to be offered the use of the disabled toilet. Far from ideal, but we managed. The room like the hotel looked dated, with only 1 packet of biscuits for the 2 of us, only bathroom amenities was a small round of hand soap, a pump dispenser of soap and shampoo over the bath, and the shower wasn't up to much either. The location and views were really nice. "

"Clean room. The pool can be booked for swimming or family sessions, unusual setup but works well. Staff friendly and helpful. Stayed here several times but only this time did I realise the motorway was so close, as it was light when I was leaving. The soundproofing is very good in the hotel."
