The home was spotless, the beds were very comfortable and the amenities were excellent (hot tub, pool, pool table, etc). Brian was very responsive to any questions I had. He is very thoughtful with how he stocks and prepares the property - e.g. pool toys, ice maker, and there were even retractable baby gates in front of the stairwells. This property……

“The Riverhouse was the perfect place for my solo getaway to take in all of what the area has to offer. There was much to enjoy on the property including the hot tub, huge deck, modern bathroom and kitchen with just about everything you can imagine, enormous TV in the family room, and convenient off-street parking. The views of the river were awe-inspiring and he sunsets are truly amazing. Josh was very responsive via both text and phone when needed. I would highly recommend staying here to……

“This property was very nice. The main negative thing I would say is that it is not listed anywhere that the rental area is up a long flight of stairs. They advertise about a handicapped shower, but the house is not handicap accessible. There are also sheer curtains in the master bedroom that don’t offer much privacy. Other than that it is exactly as pictured, clean and very nice.”
