"The staff was pleasant. The room was clean. Breakfast was served on time. No hassle checking in late (2am). Very easy checkout. If you're just looking for a quick night's rest, this is a great hotel."

"My first 212 smelled like a dog was staying there and pee and poo on the carpet my second room 222 have roaches in it. The bed was very uncomfortable the breakfast was not really a breakfast. I was very disappointed and I feel that Wyndham could have done a better job if they partner up with them ."

"Our stay at Sunrise Inn Williamstown was great. The room was very clean, the parking lot was clean and well lit. We observed the staff cleaning the sidewalks as they were cleaning the rooms. Breakfast was offered, however due to time restrictions we didn't eat there. We had no trouble with the Wi-Fi. I think my only issue would be with the mattress, they were a bit on the wore out side, but not horrible. We would definitely stay if we were to be in that area again. "

"Stayed here multiple times and normally have a great experience but this time I was here only one night. I went to take a shower next morning prior to check out only to discover we had a dirty shower and didn’t realize until I was already in there. Definitely was not happy BUT I notified the front desk as soon as I was checking out. She took my room number, contacted appropriate people and offered a discount. Still pleased with this hotel and will continue to stay (will do a complete inspection upon arrival in the future)"

"The Good: Friendly and helpful staff, overal a clean place, good breakfast. The Bad: Not enough staff on the weekend, Tub was broken and couldnt get fixed (tough with little kids), Pool was out of control with kids running all over and their parents not paying attention. We were approached several times by guys tweaked out on something, which made my family very uncomfortable. Overall- Maybe it was an unusual clientele given Spring Break, but what initially looked to be a very promising stop on our trip quickly turned into a place we wont visit again. "
