“Got a room for 2 nights drove from Colorado to Arizona for a funeral the room smelled like dog urine carpet was very filthy, pool was dirty, ice machine didn't work. ask for a refund so I could try to find a different hotel I was told no because we already stayed one night again we already drove 9 hours to get there for a funeral so we just needed rest. My friends rented me a room at Holiday Inn & I left the Hilton the second day without getting a refund Holiday Inn was very nice & very clean.……

“Great location near stadium and family activities”

“We stayed at this hotel for one night, and unfortunately our experience was very disappointing. The problems started at check-in. The front desk staff was rude, and we had to wait about 40 minutes because of an issue in their system. We were exhausted after traveling and had a small child who was tired and ready to sleep. From the beginning, the hotel did not want to give us the room type we had booked through Expedia. The listing showed a room with a balcony, and that was the room I reserved.……
