「Because the hotel is relatively new, the facilities are new and the hygiene is good, but it is not equipped with drinking water and coffee machines, and there are no microwave ovens and other basic facilities. The breakfast is also very simple, with little food and poor taste, which is lacking as a three-star hotel.」

「The hotel was very clean and welcoming, but what truly stood out was the staff. Everyone was extremely courteous and attentive throughout our stay. We chose this hotel because of its close proximity to State Farm Stadium, where our event was being held, and the location was very convenient.
On our first day, there were no bananas available, so we made a request. The staff responded promptly and ensured bananas were provided the very next day, along with apples and oranges. Their quick response...
