“2nd time here and it was just as perfect as the first time. the home is perfect, modern, clean. the layout is great. 2 bedrooms on opposite sides of the house with a big open community kitchen and livingroom/den area. there are no words to describe the river. steps from the house. you can just sit there all day..deer are very friendly and come say hi a few times a day. living in vegas this is the perfect getaway from it all. will 10000% be back.”

“Our family stayed here for a weekend getaway in April. We had 6 adults and there was plenty of room for all of us. The bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable. We absolutely loved the kitchen/dining/living room area especially the large windows. We had everything we needed to cook all of our meals in the kitchen and the table was large enough for us to sit together and eat as well as play games. We watched a movie in the living room and all of us had a comfy spot. A snow/rain storm came in……

We had our family and wedding party stay at the house and then we had about 40 people attend our wedding at the house! It was gorgeous! The beds were VERY comfortable. The movie theater room and hot tubs were SO fun!! I cried when we had to leave. This is a special place. Book it. Right. Now.”

“Literally across the street from Zion. Beside park lodging, you are the first property. The Subway downstairs has great coffee and a really, really nice staff. 30 minutes from Davis supermarket and 40 from a Walmart. The owner was on site almost every day- very friendly and helpful. I will be recommending this place to everyone I know traveling to Zion”

“We enjoyed our stay at the condo. They had a coffee maker with tea and coffee and also other items that we could use in the kitchen. Plenty of towels including pool towels. Lots of hangers in the closets which I appreciated. I would definitely stay there again.”

It is meticulously clean, has an extremely comfortable bed, and includes all the basics that one might need when using it as a base to explore Bryce Canyon National Park and Zion National Park. We loved the pretty view from the porch, where we enjoyed our coffee each morning and sat to watch the sun go down each evening. “We loved the location of this hotel. It was centeral to everything we needed to go to. However the cleaning job was substandard. The desk had sticky stuff on it and we were out of conditioner, body wash and hand soap. The bottles had not been replaced or refilled so needless to say after getting in the shower I was in a pickle.”
