"We came during the off season (March) so it was very not busy. The staff was friendly and laid back. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had hot and regular options. But the highlight was the flavored water. I had mango flavored water and it was so refreshing i couldnt stop chugging it. I have been reborn into a new woman"

"The heat didn’t function. Pool area was 57 degrees! Front desk said she just turned heat up. We stayed for maybe 10 mins. It was way too cold. The water was steaming and the water was maybe 60 degrees tops! Pool was filthy dirty, hot tub wasn’t working and out of order. Couldn’t get room to heat up. Breakfast was bad. No apple juice, cold scrambled eggs and some mushy potatoes. No meat or protein left. Still over 45 mins of breakfast remained…… Tried to speak to front desk upon checkout and could find one single employee at 9:40 am and 10:15 am! No one at front desk. "
