“Housekeeping didn't clean room. Someone came up later and threw some towels and coffee next to the stuff they were supposed to clean up. There is only one dresser drawer so enjoy jamming everything in because all the male and fermale stuff in one drawer is pretty awesome...NOT There was nothing to order room service with. Lawn and fountain overgrown with weeds. Gazebo rotted with broken seats and rusted brackets with no bolts Almost fell. They missed a lawsuit by inches. For what I paid……

“At this price point, I was genuinely excited to stay here — but the experience was a complete disappointment. Every single towel had a strange smell, and I don’t think it was detergent. It was more like the musty odor of something moldy. The bathtub was clogged, so water kept backing up during showers, which felt awful. The entire room felt like it hadn’t seen sunlight in a long time. I rarely leave reviews, but the condition of the facilities here was truly disappointing. That said, I do want……

“Classical, traditional and old fashion style. The location is great and service is awesome. The hotel offer one bottle of water, then you can refill water for needs. They also give a free drink as a gift that makes customer feel so sweet. The room space is good for 2 people, and there are some pineapple decorations looks so cute. Although some devices are old but everything is great in here. Definitely a good place when visit Chicago next time.”
