“My family and I had an incredible time at this house. The pool is amazing and my kids had a great time on the slide. My husband and I enjoyed our evenings out by the fire pit and when it got a bit chilly, we relaxed in the hot tub. We also spent much needed family time around the pool table. This trip was much needed!”

“We loved staying at this place. It was like staying in a museum. We learned so much reading the walls. We came in for the antique festival and this was a great location for that. Also, we found everyone in New Ulm to be really friendly.”

“The inside of the house was great and had everything you would need. The pool was clean and well kept. The hot tub never got very hot but the home owner communicated with us the entire time and apologized for the inconvenience. He was very nice and even offered to let us check out late. Only reason I give it four instead of five stars is because 1) The Hot Tub and 2) The back yard was a bit over grown and could have used a fresh mowing. Aside from the two thing mentioned above it was great.”

“The owners pulled out all the stops building this beautiful home. The home was stocked with anything you would need from the kitchen to entertainment. We had a huge yard to play family wiffle ball, fire pit for smores, chairs for everyone, lots of parking, and every kitchen gadget needed for a feast. “We had a wonderful, relaxing stay at the house in La Grange. The house was clean and cozy. We loved sitting on the front porch in the morning and evening, listening to the birds. We took a fun ride through the pasture in the ATV, and even did a little fishing in the pond. The house was just a quick drive away from Schulenburg for our tour of the painted churches. It worked out perfectly for our visit.”

“This is a beautiful and unique property. Overall we enjoyed our time with family (10 adults, 12 kids under age 11). The pool is not heated, so swimming in May was a bit chilly. The bathroom arrangement is unique with one room that has three toilet closets and a separate room just down the hall with three dorm style showers. The landscape is breathtaking with plenty of room to spread out, and we were able to spot several alligators nearby.”
